The build
What's actually in it
Most team parkas are a thin nylon shell over flat polar fleece. This is not that, and after one cold morning on deck the difference is obvious.
Waterproof coated polyester, taped seams
Rain, splash and wet bleachers stay outside. A stock parka's water-resistant finish soaks through at the shoulders within a season; a coated shell with taped seams doesn't.
Soft sherpa fur through body and hood
High-loft sherpa pile instead of flat fleece. It traps more air, holds warm-up heat between events, and feels dry against skin within minutes of getting out of the water.
Deep sherpa-lined cargo pockets
Two oversized front pockets lined in the same sherpa, sized for goggles, two caps, a phone and a heat sheet. Plus an interior zip pocket that won't dump on the deck.
Heavy two-way zipper, storm placket
Chunky molded pulls you can grab with cold, wet hands. Two-way so athletes can sit on a bench without fighting the hem, behind a placket that blocks wind through the seam.
Knee length, drawcord sherpa hood
Long enough to cover the legs, where swimmers actually lose heat. The hood is sherpa-lined and cinches down over wet hair.
Elastic cuffs, back vent, reinforced seams
Cuffs seal warm air in at the wrist. A back vent lets moisture out so it never goes clammy. Stress seams are reinforced because these get thrown in a gear bag 200 times a year.

Sizing: parkas are made to order and can't be returned, so sizes are confirmed against height, weight and finished garment measurements before production. Shipping is billed at cost.
Every parka is made to order. Material and import costs can move between quote and production; if a price needs to change you'll be notified before anything is cut, and you can accept the revised quote or cancel at no cost.

What is the parka actually made of?
A waterproof coated polyester outer shell with taped seams, lined throughout the body, hood and pockets with soft sherpa fur. It closes with a heavy two-way zipper behind a storm placket, and finishes with elastic cuffs and a back vent.
Is sherpa warmer than the fleece in a standard team parka?
Noticeably. Most stock parkas use flat polar fleece, which lies down and traps little air. Sherpa is a high-loft pile — it holds far more warm air, keeps a swimmer's warm-up heat between events, and pulls water off skin so it feels dry within minutes instead of clammy for an hour.
How much does a custom swim parka cost?
Between $150 and $215 per parka depending on how many you order. Twelve to twenty-four run $215 each; a hundred or more run $150. Colors, logo and athlete names are included at every tier, and the prices are on this page rather than behind a quote request.
What's the minimum order?
Twelve parkas. There's no setup fee and no art charge at any quantity, so a twelve-parka high school order is a real order to us.
Can you match our exact team colors?
We stock a wide range of shell, accent and sherpa colors that cover most teams. On orders of fifty or more we dye to your specific PMS, so the parka matches your suits and caps rather than sitting a shade off.
Can each swimmer's name go on it?
Yes, embroidered on the chest and included in the price at every quantity. You send a roster spreadsheet with names and sizes. Names are sewn exactly as typed, so proofread the sheet.
Will a parka fit a swimmer who's still growing?
Most families size up one from the athlete's current measurement, which gives roughly two seasons of wear. Our size chart is built on height, weight and finished garment measurements rather than a vague S/M/L, so you're matching real numbers instead of guessing.
How do we get sizing right for a whole team?
Every team store includes a size finder — a parent enters their swimmer's height and weight and gets a recommended size plus a room-to-grow option, checked against the finished garment measurements. Have athletes measure over a t-shirt at practice and enter real numbers rather than guessing. Parkas are made to order and can't be returned, so this is the step worth ten minutes.
How does payment and shipping work?
Half down to start production, half before it ships. We invoice your club or booster organization directly, and we work with purchase orders for school district orders. Shipping is billed at cost on the final invoice — one bulk carton to your coach is by far the cheapest way to do it.
